Upon your request, SoundSense will take reasonable steps to stop data processing after the Agreement expires. If required by you, and unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, SoundSense will take reasonable measures to erase, make inaccessible and unusable, or return all available personal data to you.
You shall ensure that personal data is collected and processed lawfully, adequately, accurately, and relevantly. Your instructions to SoundSense must be lawful, accurate, relevant, and compliant with the GDPR and personal data protection legislation. Additionally, you shall notify data subjects about the processing and transfer of their data to SoundSense in accordance with GDPR and personal data protection legislation requirements.
You grant SoundSense general authorization to engage sub-processors and service providers in the processing of personal data that you control.
SoundSense’s total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid to SoundSense for services in the last twelve (12) months.
