Your instructions to SoundSense must be lawful, accurate, relevant, and compliant with the GDPR and personal data protection legislation. - You grant SoundSense general authorization to engage sub-processors and service providers in the processing of personal data that you control.
- SoundSense’s total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid to SoundSense for services in the last twelve (12) months.
